1. Arrange a complimentary and obligation free appraisal of your home. A physical inspection of the property is required.  During the inspection, Sigal would mark down the condition of the property and understand the properties best selling features.

2. During the second meeting, we will provide you with a marketing proposal and our estimated appraisal price (the price we believe your home would sell for in the current market conditions).  It is at this stage we would discuss whether a sale by  auction or by private treaty is most appropriate for your home.

3. The last step is to formalise and agree on dates and times for open for inspections. If your property is rented we will contact the tenants and liaise with your managing real estate agent to arrange the open home times and get a copy of the spare keys.  Our agency only sells by exclusive agreement, ensuring that a consistent sales campaign message is maintained throughout the sales period to attract the optimal price for your home.
